PostNow, a product of FSN Solutions ("PostNow," "we," "us"), provides software that helps organizations load, validate, post, and report on SAP data from Excel. This policy explains what we collect and why. It covers our website, the PostNow Excel add-in and desktop application, and related services (the "Services").
The data we handle
Your SAP and business data ("Customer Data"). When you use PostNow to work with your SAP system, the data you load, map, validate, and post stays under your control. We process Customer Data only to provide the Services and only on your instructions. Where possible, processing happens within your own environment: PostNow connects to your SAP system using credentials you provide, and is designed so your business records are not retained by us beyond what is needed to operate the Services you enable.
Account and website data. To run our business we collect limited information: account details you provide (such as name, work email, job title, company, and demo or trial requests), usage and device information (such as log data, IP address, and feature usage, used to keep the Services secure and reliable), and any messages you send us.
How we use data
We use account and website data to provide and secure the Services, respond to requests, send relevant account and product communications, meet legal obligations, and improve our product. We use Customer Data only to deliver the Services as instructed.
AI features
Some features use AI to suggest field mappings and assist with data work. These features are optional and can be disabled.
PostNow does not use Customer Data to train its own AI models. AI features may involve processing by third-party AI providers solely to generate the results you request and provide the requested functionality.
When you choose to use AI features, processing occurs only for the purpose of delivering the result you ask for.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. While we work to safeguard your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep account and website data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Customer Data is retained and deleted according to your instructions. Upon termination of the Services, Customer Data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channel listed on our website. For Customer Data, we will refer requests to the relevant customer and support them in responding.
Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our Services evolve. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
